I have gone through your site. its the best ever. and looks like you update it regulary. kindly get me contacts of the developer.
God bless you. i hope you get paid for it.
Response: Hi Mr. Mutisya,
This is in response to your e-mail titled "congrats".
We really appreciate your kind words. This is what we do for our community on a volunteer basis. We're not paid in monetary terms per se, but just kind words like yours comfort us a great deal. We get words of encouragement from the community too and we appreciate the acknowledgement of what we're doing.

I have had a chance to peruse your website and want to congratulate you for being among the few constituencies with a website. I need to however quickly add that it will be nice to update it. For instance the Minister of Education is no longer George Saitoti. Besides put on your websites stuff that can market your constituency; eg do you have fishing activities?, tourism and attractive places? is their omweri for people to see? hotels, economic activities etc.Let the world know about nyando, please.
Response: Mr. Wafukho,
Thank you very much for the compliment. We would like to make this the best constituency website in Kenya, and that's one of Hon. Fred Outa's (Nyando MP) objective as far as the website is concerned.
We've made corrections on the minister of education's name, and we appreciate you contacting us with that correction.
Lastly, we are in the process of adding "Tourism" page on the website that will initially focus on bird watching around Ahero. Unfortunately Omweri is available in a different constituency, same district though... -:)
Again, we appreciate your advice and concern.

Wow! Just been going thro the messages for past three years and Im astounded by the great ideas and great communication between the Nyando people and Mheshimiwa Outa.
This is an example that should be emulated by all the other cdfs!
Response: Thanks for taking the time to post this feedback which is very encouraging... Again we appreciate your nice comments.

Wow...This is i think one of one of its kind i think in the country. I sure you can make it even much better by adding things like 1: downoadable(police abstract links to opening PIN, prices of major agricultural produce from Nyando and where to get them (marketing Nyando)remember internet is a very powerful tool, and the most important that am really interested in is places i could hire or buy land for cultivation etc ) Make your site be first class information center of Nyando by just clicking the button. I could give you more ideas. Keep it up and let there be a change every three days ..
Thanks
Tom Omondi
Response: Thanks for the positive feedback - We'll arrange to add links to these government documents you've suggested, the only issue I foresee is having dead links in future because the sites don't function half the time. Otherwise, you've given us good ideas that we'll try to pursue. We are currently working on updating schools
