Established in 1969, the Otieno Oyoo High School is a government boys' secondary school. The school is situated at Rabuor along Nairobi - Kisumu road, just 12 kilomenters from Kisumu and about 12 kilometers from Ahero. The School is home to 890 students and 28 teaching faculty, and offer KCSE curricula.

The school administration in conjunction with a strong Christian community base, supports and encourages students to strive to develop students spiritually as well as participate in sports and cultural activities.
